Das Urteil bleibt bestehen! Das DFB-Bundesgericht hat in zweiter Instanz über die Wertung des Feuerzeug-Skandalspiels zwischen Union Berlin und VfL Bochum vom 14. Dezember entschieden. Richter Oskar Riedmeyer (64) und seine Beisitzer Rechtsanwalt Arno Heger (53) und Ex-Profi Carsten Ramelow (50/u.a. Leverkusen und Hertha) fällten kurz vor 19 Uhr das Urteil: die Partie, die 1:1 ausgegangen war, wird 2:0 für den VfL gewertet! Das DFB-Bundesgericht hat die Berufung zurückgewiesen. Begründung: Das Verhalten von Mitgliedern wird dem Verein zugerechnet. Union trägt die Kosten des Urteils. Er schloss sein Plädoyer damit ab: „Das ist meine ganz lapidare niederbayerische Meinung.“ Das gefiel Union-Boss Zingler überhaupt nicht, der antwortete: „Herr Nachrainer, Ihre niederbayerische Meinung interessiert mich nicht. Es geht nicht um ein politisches Signal.“ Für den Fall einer Niederlage prüften die Eisernen nach BILD-Informationen bereits im Vorfeld schon weitere Rechtswege. Infrage kommt das ständige Schiedsgericht für Vereine und Kapitalgesellschaften der Lizenzligen. Auch ordentliche Gerichte könnten von Union angerufen werden.
